Kristine lived and worked in the Okanagan for almost 30 years before moving to beautiful Victoria BC in 2021. She graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy training program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2017, where she studied various massage techniques and types of treatments.

Since graduating, She spent the last 4 years practicing in the Okanagan while also training in several continuing education courses focusing on the Myofascial Release series, Visceral treatments, TMJ & the Cervical spine, Lumbro-sacral region, Craniosacral, Osteopathic techniques, Thoacic & Pleural treatment, and many other specific treatments.

Previous to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), She was a member of the physiotherapy rehabilitations team at Kelowna General Hospital for almost 16 years. During that time she worked hands-on in the acute care, and long-term in patient rehab programs where she helped her patients to get up and resume their active lifestyles.

It has now been 7 years since she decided to make a career change, and embarked upon her journey to become an RMT. She did so with the hopes that by furthering her education she would be able to provide the best personalized care for her clients while also working diligently to apply the knowledge passed down to her through peers and mentors from all her studies.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Kristine is commited to providing the best care possible for her clients and she treats each person and injury individually. Her ultimate goal is to help her clientele lead happy, active, and fulfilling lives for years to come.
